Account Application

C．Easy account would be created automatically when you request for the e-Chits with the online application form 1, 2 and 4

Form 1

Billing Account (Construction Work Contract with Value of $1 million or Above)

 

Main contractor shall make an application within 21 days after the contract is awarded.

 

C．Easy account would be created automatically when you request for the e-Chits with the online application form 1.

Form 2

Billing Account (Construction Work Contract with Value less than $1 million)

 

To be used for contracts each with value less than $1 million and general construction waste disposal arrangement.

 

C．Easy account would be created automatically when you request for the e-Chits with the online application form 2.

Form 4

Application for Issuance of Chits for Disposal of Construction Waste for Existing Account-holder

 

C．Easy account would be created automatically when you request for the e-Chits or hybrid of chits with the online application form 4.

Notification of Changes in Account Information

Application for Closure/Reinstatement of an Account

Application for Vessel to be approved for Delivering Inert Construction Waste to Public Fill Reception Facilities
